摘  要:本文对CANopen协议作为轨道交通车辆总线的可行性进行了理论分析和试验验证。对比分析CANopen和MVB各层协议,结合CAN及CANopen协议特点制定一套基于静态调度算法(RM)和CANopen协议的网络调度机制,通过理论分析和实例计算证明使用该调度机制的CANopen网络能达到MVB性能,从理论上证明CANopen作为轨道交通车辆总线的可行性。通过搭建试验平台,模拟实际车辆网络和数据进行试验,试验数据及试验波形结果表明:基于本套网络调度机制的CANopen网络能够达到MVB网络性能,证明CANopen作为轨道交通车辆总线的可行性。The feasibility of using the CANopen protocol as the rail transit vehicle bus is analyzed in principle and verified by experiments.All-layer protocols of CANopen and MVB are compared and analyzed.Combining with the characteristics of CAN and CANopen protocols,the set of network scheduling mechanism based on static scheduling algorithms(RM) and the CANopen protocol is established.Through theoretical analysis and example calculation,the results prove that the CANopen network using this network scheduling mechanism can achieve MVB performance;and the feasibility of using the CANopen protocol as the rail transit vehicle bus is also proved in principle.Through building the test platform and simulating the actual vehicle networking and data,experiments are carried out.The test data and waveforms prove that CANopen based on this set of network scheduling mechanism can achieve MVB performance,so CANopen working as the rail transit vehicle bus is feasible.
