摘　　要：介绍了虚拟样机技术的基本概念,使用三维设计软件SolidWorks完成了振动冲击夯的数字化建模和虚拟装配,介绍了干涉检查、运动仿真在冲击夯设计中的应用,为分析各设计参数对振动冲击夯工作性能的影响和优化设计提供了基础。The concept of virtual prototype technology is introduced.The numeric model and virtual assembly of impact rammer are built up by using SolidWorks.The interference check and motion simulation are applied in the design of impact rammer.This provides the foundation for the analysis design parameters and structural optimization of impact rammer.
