摘　　要：研究了数控微米削片机进给控制系统和微米进给控制器,并结合开发的微米削片机控制应用程序来实现微米进给的控制。数控微米削片机步进电机在数控微米削片控制系统中作为数字―模拟转换元件,步进电机运动控制器提供给步进电机的驱动信号,根据3个不同方向精度不同的需要与不同的驱动精度连接使用,通过功率放大器加到步进电机的各相绕组,使步进电机按一定的方式运行,保证了微米进给控制器具有良好的精度,也大大方便了系统的设计和调试。By researching motion control system and motion controller of three-dimensional numerical control micron chipper, the control based on MAIN can be obtained, which was combined with motion control application program developed by user. The stepper motor of three-dimensional numerical control micron chipper, as one system through using open-loop control digital-analog conversion part in setting control system. According to different demands, driving signal of stepper motor offered by motion controller of stepper motor will be using connected with different drivers. Stepper motor can function in certain way by adding power amplifier to each phase winding of stepper motor. It guarantees motion controller having favorable openness and facilities design and debugging of system largely.
