中师生与中学生个性特征比较研究

摘　　要：本研究用16PF问卷对中师生的个性特征进行测量,并把测量结果与中学生常模进行比较，结果表明,男中师生在实验性和三个预测人格因素：专业而有成长者的人格因素、创造能力强者的人格因素及在新的环境中有成长能力的人格因素,都显著低于男中学生。女中师生在实验性和次级人格因素果断性及在新的环境中有成长能力、创造能力强者两个预测人格因素上显著低于女中学生,而在忧虑性、紧张性和外向性、安详机警性两个次级人格因素及心理健康预测因素上显著高于女中学生。A comparative study on personality of students from teacher's technical secondary school and senior high school was conducted by Cattell 16PF scale. The main results were as follows: the scores of Q1, Y2, Y3 and Y4 for the boy students from teacher's techmical secondary school were higher than that of boy students from senior high school; the scores of Q1,X4, Y3 and Y4 for the girl students fron teacher's techmical secndary school were higher than that of girl students from senior high school whereas the scores of 0, Q4, X2, X3 and Y1 for the former were higher than that for the later
