摘　　要：成员之间有效的知识共享是创新网络取得成功的关键因素。将网络成员知识共享的策略分为"共享"、"不共享"和"回敬"三类,依据演化博弈理论建立成员之间的知识共享博弈模型,运用Netlogo平台构建仿真模型,分析不同收益值情况下知识共享博弈达到的演化均衡状态,为创新网络成员知识共享的策略选择和行为治理提供了分析依据。The efficient knowledge sharing is the key element for innovation network＇s success.The strategies classified as ＂sharing＂,＂no sharing＂ and ＂retaliating＂,the game model of knowledge sharing is set up in terms of the evolutionary game theory.The simulation model is constructed with the Netlogo software platform,with which the evolutionary game equilibrium status of knowledge sharing is analyzed according to different payoff value,the thesis helps to analyze the strategy choice and governance means of knowledge sharing of innovation network members.
