摘  要:设计了基于ARM的摩擦焊机压力闭环控制系统,该控制系统以S3C44B0X处理器为控制系统核心器件,以电液比例溢流阀为执行系统关键部件,并引入增量式PID算法对摩擦焊机顶锻压力进行控制。实验结果表明:该系统快速、稳定、可靠,且具有较强的抗干扰性。A pressure closed loop control system for friction welding was designed based on ARM. In the control system, S3C44BOX microcontroller was taken as the core component of the control system, electro-hydro proportion relief valve was used as the key component of the executive system, and incremental PID arithmetic was introduced to control upsetting force. The experimental resuits show that the control system is rapid, stable, reliable and has high anti-disturbance.
