摘 要:针对开环系统张力控制精度低,受扰动影响大,以及传统机型多轴运行同步性差,面料加工效果不理想等问题,研究了一种基于PID算法的闭环张力控制技术,提高了张力控制精度和系统抗干扰能力,并在此基础上引入多轴速度调节补偿机制,解决了设备运行时的同步性问题,实现了多轴同步张力动态平稳调节。该技术已成功应用于海宁纺织机械厂ME776ASF型磨毛机,在性能上较传统磨毛机有较大的提升。In order to solve the problems of low accuracy and low anti-interference of open loop tension control system and poor synchronization and poor processing effect of conventional equipments,a new tension control technology,using close loop policy and PID algorithm,which could improve tension control accuracy and raise anti-interference capability was investigated.On the basis of this technology,compensation mechanism for multi axial velocity adjustment which could solve the problem of synchronization when the machine was running had been introduced.The purpose of synchronously regulating multiple spindle tension dynamically and smoothly was accomplished.The experimental results show that by the application of this new technology,the ME776ASF sanding machine which is made in Haining Textile Machinery Factory achieves better performance than the conventional one.
