桶装纯净水在生产过程中微生物污染及控制措施的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨生产企业在生产过程造成桶装纯净水微生物污染及其影响因素,并提出相应的控制措施。方法选取辖区内14家桶装纯净水生产企业,通过对生产过程中主要环节的现场卫生学调查及样品分析与研究,查找微生物污染及其影响因素。结果造成桶装纯净水微生物污染的影响因素主要有:从业人员操作不规范;桶、盖消毒不合格;灌装间空气污浊;桶盖密封差及水体消毒不合格。结论控制好桶装纯净水生产过程的各个消毒环节,完善操作规范,健全、落实卫生制度,可以有效控制桶装纯净水的微生物污染。Objective To study the process of manufacturing enterprises in the production of microbial contamination caused by bottled purified water and influencing factors,and corresponding control measures.Methods area 14 bottled purified water production companies,through the main part of the production process of on-site health investigation and sample analysis and research to find microbial contamination and its influencing factors.Results bottled purified water microbial contamination factors are：practitioners operate non-standard;barrel,cover sterilization failure;Bottling air polluted;removable tops and water disinfection poor seal failure.Conclusion The good control bottle water disinfection links all the production process,improve the operating norms,improve the implementation of health system can effectively control the microbial contamination of bottled purified water.
