摘  要:高楼逃生装置利用蜗轮蜗杆机构的减速、自锁以及离心式摩擦制动器的限速原理使人员安全下落。利用AutoCAD软件进行工程图纸的绘制,采用SolidWorks软件绘制三维图和应力分析,针对蜗轮轴承受交变应力的情况进行了疲劳强度的计算、性能测试及优化。测试结果表明:采用该装置不仅能够保证人员迅速逃离灾害现场,而且是纯机械装置,操作方便,安全可靠。This device ensured people's safe descent from tall buildings by using the irreversible worm,worm gear driving and the centrifugal friction brake.The AutoCAD software was applied to engineering drawing plotting.Threedimension graphs were obtained on SolidWorks software,by which the fatigue strength of the worm gear axis was then analyzed.Finally performance test and performance optimization was done.The results of the test showed that the design of the escape device can guarantee the successful escape from the disaster occurred spot and its advantages are pure mechanical product,easy to operate and safe and reliable.
