摘　　要：为全面提高医学检验学生的动手能力,强化专业知识及实验技能,增强学生科研、创新和实际工作能力,对医学检验实验教学进行了深化改革。旨在充分调动学生的学习积极性、提高教学质量,培养出具有高素质及创新型的医学检验人才,适应当今社会的发展需求。To reform medical laboratory experimental teaching so as to develop students＇ abilities overall in operation,strengthen to grasp the specialized knowledge and based experimental skill,and strengthen the abilities in research,innovation and actual work.Also,the reform can inspire students＇ love of learning,improve the quality of teaching,cultivate innovative medical talents,meet the needs of social development.
