摘　　要：生命道德精神指生命本身存在何种道德意义,以及对人与生命之间的关系应坚持何种道德精神,包含人们的体悟生命之道后的实践精神。体育是展示人生命本质力量的独特方式。中国传统体育关注人的身心健康和生命整体价值,侧重于人的整体生命意义和内在道德精神意义的建构以及人的生命境界的提升。它体现了自强生生、人道贵生、和谐共生的生命道德精神。这些精神对当下竞技体育出现的一些问题具有启示意义。Life ethic spirit means what the ethic significance exists in life itself and what ethic spirit should be persist in to the relationship of human being and life.It comprises the practice spirit after people realizing the life essence.Sports is a unique way to represent people＇s life essential power.Chinese traditional sports stresses the people＇s body and mind health and the whole value of life,emphasizes particularly the people＇s whole life significance and the constructing of inner ethic spirit content and the upgrade of the life cognition.It represents the life ethic spirits of ＂self-improvement and incessant life,humanitarianism feelings and cherishing your life,harmony and intergrowth＂,which have some critical significance to the currently arisen problems of sports.
