摘　　要：本文简要介绍了太阳能电池行业的现状和晶硅太阳能电池片的制绒工艺原理。分项阐述了太阳能电池片自动制绒清洗机的主要结构和功能设计。重点说明了设备的重要组成部件制绒槽和机械手的设计要点。通过解决工艺生产实践中遇到的问题，将设备改进得更加完善。This paper briefly introduces the current status of Photovoltaie industry and the principle of solar cell surface Texturing. The mechanical structure and function divisions of this automatic texturing ＆cleaning equipment were respectively described in detail. Detailed introduction emphasizes on the design method and keypoint technique of the two important buildup components-texturing bank and manipulator. By solving the technical problems encountered in the production process, it makes the epuipment more improved and excellent.
