摘　　要：通过对山东电力集团公司ERP人资模块PeopleSoft系统数据仓库建设过程的研究,论述了山东电力集团公司人力资源管理业务数据的特点,并针对其特点设计的人力资源数据仓库建设方案、数据仓库建设的内容和具体的实施解决办法。从系统上线后运行的情况来看,本次项目实施中建立起的基于人力资源管理业务的数据仓库在平台运行、数据存储、数据分析、数据挖掘等方面均取得了理想效果。After the study of the construction process of the data warehouse in ERP human resource module PeopleSoft system of Shandong Electric Power Corporation （SEPC）, the characteristics of the SEPC human resource management data are analyzed. The construction scheme, content, and specific implementation methods of human resource management data warehouse are proposed. When the data warehouse is put into use, the operation information shows that it works well in data storage, data analysis and data mining.
