摘　　要：目的:旨在一定高度上建立较为理想的护理硕士研究生导师岗位胜任力指标体系,为护理硕士生导师提供一个工作标准,为新聘任的护理硕士生导师提供带教参考,也为未来护理硕士生导师的评价提供参考依据。方法:采用文献分析法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法初步确定指标体系,采用德尔菲法对指标进行专家咨询。结果:经过专家咨询后确定了一级指标4个、二级指标11个和三级指标41个。结论:初步形成了护理硕士研究生导师岗位胜任力指标体系。Objective：To establish a more ideal competence index system for tutor of postgraduate nursing students.The system would work as a working standard for tutor of postgraduate nursing students,a teaching reference for newly appointed tutors,and basis for future evaluating tutors of postgraduate nursing students.This would greatly increase the manpower of teachers,and speed up construction of tutor team.Methods：A preliminary competence index system was built by reference analysis,expert interviews and questionnaire survey,and using Delphi method to further modify.Results：Totally 4 level one indexes,11 level 2 indexes and 41 level 3 indexes were determined.Conclusion：We had built a preliminary competence index system for tutor of postgraduate nursing students.
