摘  要:目的分析汕头市护士离职的主要原因,针对原因采取相应的措施来降低护士的离职率。方法采取问卷调查的方法对汕头市三所三级综合医院内从事护理工作<5年、大专以上学历的注册护士进行调查研究。结果薪酬和福利低、自我实现低、家庭与工作间的不平衡是护士离职三个最主要的原因。结论护理管理者应了解并掌握护士离职的原因,采取针对性的干预措施来降低护士的离职率。Objective:To analyze the main reasons for nurses turnover in Shantou,so as to take the appropriate measures to reduce turnover rate of nurses for these reasons. Method:All the participants were registered nurses in 3 general hospital of 'Shantou City with work time no more than 5 years and have a college nursing education background. Result:The three main reasons for nurses turnover are:Low pay and benefits,Low self-realization,Imbalance between family and work. Conclusion:It is important to recognize the reasons for nurses turnover and take the appropriate measures to reduce turnover rate of nurses.
