摘　　要：通过对读者阅读认知的研究,认为动态馆藏为读者和资源搭起便利之桥。从知识迁移的角度出发,探讨动态馆藏的构建模式、馆藏内容以及服务方式,认为动态馆藏是读者与馆藏互动产物。利用知识的网格式关联方式,将动态馆藏纳入知识管理的流程,协助读者了解知识的关联结构和资源的分布状况,达到知识得到准确迁移的目的。运用科学的读者交流平台,促进动态馆藏知识迁移的实现。Through the study of readers＇ cognition, dynamic collection puts up a convenient bridge between readers and resources. From the perspective of knowledge transfer, explores the construction mode, the content and service method of dynamic collection. Dynamic collection is the interaction product of readers and the collection. Associated with the use of knowledge of the grid-style way, includes the dynamic collection into the process of knowledge management, helps readers understand the associated structure of knowl- edge and the distribution of resources, and achieves the purpose of accurate knowledge migration. With a scientific exchange platform, faeilitates the realization of knowledge transfer of dynamic collection.
