摘 要:研究从漆籽皮提取漆蜡超声波辅助浸提工艺及漆蜡理化特性,以提取得率为指标,选择石油醚为提取溶剂,在单因素试验基础上,通过正交试验确定超声波辅助提取漆蜡最佳工艺条件。结果表明,最佳提取工艺参数为:物料粒度40~60目、液固比12:1(ml/g)、超声温度65℃、超声时间80min、超声功率140W,在此条件下,漆蜡提取率达50.40%。经测定,其酸值、碘值、过氧化值、皂化值分别为15.85mgKOH/g、42.00gI/100g、6.53mmol/kg、197.46mgKOH/g。A new technology for lacquer wax extraction from wax layer was proposed using ultrasonic-assisted organic solvent extraction method.The optimal extraction parameters were investigated using single factor method combined with orthogonal array design with petroleum ether as solvent.Results revealed that the optimized values of extraction parameters were obtained as follows:grain size 40~60 mesh,liquid-solid ratio 12:1(ml/g),ultrasonic treatment temperature 65℃,ultrasonic treatment time 80 min,and ultrasonic power 140 W.Under such conditions,the yield of lacquer wax was 50.40% after three runs.The physicochemical properties of lacquer wax were mainly analyzed.The results were as follows:acid value 15.85 mg KOH/g,iodine value 42.00 gI/100 g,peroxide value 6.53 mmol/kg,saponification value 197.46 mg KOH/g.
