摘　　要：继续教育是终身学习体系的重要组成部分,在当前实施党中央全面建设小康社会、推进城乡统筹发展的重要战略部署中,继续教育肩负着提高城乡人力资源综合素质的重要历史使命,文章通过对城乡统筹背景下继续教育办学体制的研究,提出了推进城乡统筹发展继续教育办学体制创新改革的对策思考。Continuing education is an important component of the life-long learning system.It is responsible for the improvement of the comprehensive quality of human resources,therefore,playing an important role in the national strategy of pushing the urban-rural education development and building a well-off society in an all-round way.This paper aims to research the school running system of the continuing education under the background of the urban-rural balanced development,then put forward the countermeasure on how to promote its school running system.
