摘　　要：知识创新是产业集群企业知识联盟的核心功能,对于企业与产业集群均具有重要意义。产业集群企业知识联盟的知识创新具有其自身特点,在对产业集群企业知识联盟的基本理论进行梳理的基础上,探讨产业集群企业知识联盟知识创新的内涵与特征,建立产业集群企业知识联盟知识创新过程模型,并提出模型应用的指导原则,对于产业集群企业知识联盟的知识创新实践具有一定意义。Knowledge Creation is the key function of enterprises＇ knowledge alliances in industrial clusters and bears great significance for both enterprises and the industrial cluster.It has its own unique characteristics.After sorting the basic theories on enterprises＇ knowledge alliances in industrial clusters,connotation and features of knowledge creation therein are analyzed and a model of knowledge creation process is established with practice principles put forward,which may benefit the knowledge creation practice for enterprises＇ knowledge alliances in industrial clusters.
