摘　　要：针对高职院校实训基地管理中存在的诸多问题,并结合多年的实训基地管理经验,从管理体制、管理办法、管理队伍等方面对高职院校实训基地管理机制的建设和创新进行了研究,并构建了高职实训基地标准化管理体系,实现了资源的优化配置,提高了资源利用率,避免重复建设,实现了教学、生产与服务的有机结合。In view of many management problems in colleges＇ practice base, combined with management experience in our practice training base for many years, the construction and innovation of management mechanism in colleges＇ practice training base were studied from the management system, management methods, and man- agement team. The standardization management system of colleges~ practice training base is constructed, realizing optimized allocation, improving resource utilizing rate and avoiding reconstruction, thus realizing organic combination of teaching, production and service.
