摘　　要：从微生物实验教学手段与方法的改革入手,以培养学生能力为导向,分析了传统微生物实验教学的不足,就微生物实验教学师资队伍的建设、实验教学内容和教学方法、建立合理的实验考核体系、实验课与课程实习和第二课堂结合等问题进行了探索,旨在不断提高微生物实验教学的质量,培养学生的动手能力和分析问题、解决问题的实际能力。Taking means and method in the experiment teaching work of microbiology as the point of reform and developing students＇ capability as the direction,the shortcoming of the traditional teaching method is analized and found,and constructing the teaching team,setting up a rational check-up system,determining the content of courses as well as methods in experiments of microbiology are explored.Furthermore,the combination of experiment courses with production practice and the secondary classes to improve the teaching quality,develop the ability of students how to do jobs with what they learn in the classroom,how to analyse and how to solve problems they might meet in work are carried on.
