江苏大学城体育教学资源校际共享的实证研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、问卷调查法和访谈法,分析了江苏大学城体育教学资源及其校际共享现状,探讨其在资源共享实施过程中存在的内动力不足、项目范围狭窄和资源共享层次低等问题。指出:国家政策明确、高等教育的重新布局调整、地方政府和教育行政部门的重视、高校自身发展的需要和高校多年的办学经验成为大学城体育教学资源校际共享的有利条件。在此基础上,提出了大学城建立体育教学资源共享平台、构建共享机制和创建共享资源新特色的可行性设想及发展展望。This paper analyzed the state quo of physical education resources and its intercollegiate sharing in the university city in Jiangsu province using literature review,questionnaire and interview data,explored such problems as the lack of internal drive for implementation among colleges;and the narrow and rudimentary facilities shared.Then,it pointed out the advantages of the university town： specific policies by government,reorganization and adjustment of higher education,attention paid by local governments and departments of education,needs for resource sharing among colleges;and accumulated experience.Finally,the study explored the feasibility of developing platforms;mechanisms and new forms of resource sharing,as well as future prospects.
