我国高校高水平运动队培养模式的回顾与反思

摘　　要：以历史与现实的多维视角审视高校运动队培养模式的发展历程。认为高校运动队培养模式的现状与社会预期有较大差距:高校与体育部门在培养目标上的认识偏差使得高校运动队名不副实;发展主体的政策性投机动摇了高校运动队发展的制度支撑;学训矛盾突出使学生运动员难以兼顾文化学习和运动训练;竞赛参与机会、后备人才的缺乏使高校运动队难以摆脱专业队附庸的角色;"奥运争光"为核心的资源配置方式使高校运动队资源严重匮乏。最后就以上问题提出了发展建议。From a multidimensional perspective of history and reality to review the high level sports team,the paper suggests that there is a wide gap between training model and social expectations： the difference in training objectives make the sports team unworthy of the name;the congenial policy of the main speculation shakes the system support;the Increasingly prominent contradiction between learning and training makes the athletes hard to balance them;the lack of competition and reseved professionals makes the sports teams in colleges and universities difficult to get rid of a vassal role;＂Olympic Glory＂ as the core allocation of resources makes the sports teams in colleges and universities scarce.Finally the proposals are put forward.
