摘　　要：信息社会和信息技术的快速发展,需要我们在新课程背景下进行信息技术基础教学课程体系的改革,特别是提高认识,转变教育观念,更新理念,加强师资队伍建设,有效地提高教学质量。作为甘肃省的甘南藏族地区,这项改革尤为重要。With the rapid development of information society and information technology, we should carry out the reforms of infor- mation technology basic education curriculum system under the new curriculums, especially, raising awareness, changing concepts of education, update, strengthen teaching staff, to effectively improve the quality of teaching. As the Gannan Tibetan areas in Gansu Province, this reform is particularly important.
