摘　　要：格莱斯的意义理论有别于传统的意义理论。其理论在意义区分以及意义意图关系方面存在争议。如何改进自然意义与非自然意义的区分标准以及进一步明确意义和意图的关系是后续研究中的焦点。Grice＇s theory of meaning is quite different from traditional meaning theories. His theory aroused some controversies in the distinction between meanings as well as the overemphasized role of intention in conveying non-natural meaning. How to improve standards of natural/non-natural meanings and clarify the relationship between intention and meaning is the foeus of following researches.
