摘 要:以猪脑和小牛脑为原料,利用控制酶降解法分别制备了猪脑水解物( P B H)和小牛脑水解物( C B H)。采用被动回避性跳台实验和水迷路空间分辨能力测试实验观察 C B H 对小鼠记忆障碍病理模型的影响,结果表明 C B H 对记忆有明显的改善。大鼠实验观察到 C B H 可降低脑损伤引起的脑组织脂质过氧化物( L P O)及水含量的增加,并升高谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶( G S Hpx)活性。提示 C B H 可提高脑损伤后机体处理自由基的能力,减轻损伤,利于外伤恢复。Pig brain hydrolysate (PBH) and calf brain hydrolysate (CBH) were prepared by controlled enzymatic decomposition of pig brains and calf brains respectively. The effects of CBH on memory discorders were investigated by means of step down test and maze test and the number of memory errors were less than those of control group. It was found that administration of CBH not only inhibited the increase of LPO contents and water contents induced by brain injury but also increased CSH px activity. These results suggest that CBH improves the impairments of learning and memory and its protective effects on brain injury may be related to its activity of eliminating free radicals.
