摘 要:目的 :研究个别后牙反对咀嚼运动轨迹的影响 .方法 :8名个别后牙反者和 12名同龄正常咬合对照者 ,采用下颌运动轨迹描记仪 SGG 记录咀嚼口香糖时的运动轨迹 .结果 :个别后牙反者的咀嚼运动环偏离正中矢状面的程度明显大于正常对照组 ,有些咀嚼运动环呈现如 8 字形等异常状态 ,说明后牙的反关系明显影响了咀嚼运动环的类型和方向 ,这种影响可能能够通过神经反馈机制 ,增加咀嚼肌负荷 ,并可进一步影响关节的受力情况 .结论 :个别后牙反可以影响咀嚼运动环的类型和方向 .Purpose:To investigate the influence of individual posterior teeth with cross-bite relation on the chewing movement.Method:Eight subjects with individual posterior cross-bite teeth and 12 controls with normal occlusion of similar age were selected.Gum-chewing circles were recorded with SGG.Results:It was showed that the circle-deviation in subjects with individual posterior cross-bite teeth were larger than those in controls,some of which even showed abnormal appearance such as '8'form.That seemed posterior cross-bite relation evidently affected amplitude and direction of chewing movement.It was believed that the effect could exert extra load to chewing muscles through nerve feedback mechanism and consequently change the stress of temporomandibular joint.Conclusion:Individual posterior teeth with cross-bite relation influent chewing circles on its deviating-amplitude and form.
