三大管理体系国际标准的意义与可行性——基于企业社会责任的视角

摘　　要：ISO9001、ISO14001、OHSAS18001三大管理体系国际标准是对消费者、环境、员工负责,与企业社会责任的主要对象相吻合,同时也为企业的主要管理活动提供了实施方法与评价依据。企业导入和整合三大管理体系有助于规范企业的管理行为,提高管理效率和竞争优势,形成企业履行其主要社会责任的重要途径和机制。理论基础、整体框架基本一致和共同的管理模式,也为企业导入三大体系构建整合型管理体系提供了可行性。The three major management system of ISO9001,ISO14001,OHSAS18001 are the standards which shows responsibilities to consumers,environment,staff,and also they are catering to the main objects of corporate social responsibilities which are emphasized currently.At same time,they offered the methods and the basis of evaluation on the main management activities.Introducing the three major criteria management system will be helpful for a corporate to construct and an integrated management system implementing the corporate social responsibilities.
