摘 要:感官评价和流变学特性测量是化妆品品质评价的两个主要手段,感官评价是主观性评价,流变学测量方法则是客观性评价。介绍了化妆品感官评价的分析方法、评价指标、评价步骤以及化妆品流变学性质的流体分类和相关的数学模型。通过两个实例,说明了感官评价和流变学特性研究对化妆品品质评测的重要性,并进行了关联性的印证。提出了化妆品的品质评价要利用客观性和主观性两种方法进行评测,并相互关联,以使评测结果更加准确。Sensory evaluation and rheological properties of measurement are the two main means of the evaluation of cosmetics. The sensory evaluation is the subjective evaluation while the rheological evaluation is the objective evaluation. The author describes the cosmetic analysis, evaluation index, evaluation steps and the properties of rheological of cosmetic of the sensory evaluation, and the fluid classification and related mathematical models. Through two examples, the results reflect the importance of the sensory evaluation and the rheological properties, and the author carried out the relevant proof. The quality of cosmetics needs objective and subjective evaluations to evaluation, so that combination of the two would make the evaluation restilts more accurate.
