摘　　要：本文结合应用型本科院校大学英语教学的目标要求,分析师资队伍建设中存在的问题,探讨师资队伍建设的对策。This paper analyzes some problems in faculty development and explores the coping strategies to enhance the faculty development in relation to the aims and requirements of English teaching and learning in application-oriented college, hoping to help improve the English faculty development in application-oriented college.
