摘　　要：TBL模式是以PBL为基础发展起来的有助于学生团队合作精神的模式。应用于耳鼻喉教学实践中,可通过明确学习理念,整合学习方法,提高团队合作精神,进而激发学生的学习热情和责任感。现将对TBL模式及其在耳鼻喉教学中实施的方法步骤等方面进行简单介绍。TBL model based on PBL can help students develop their teamwork spirit. In ENT teaching practice, learning through clear idea of integration of learning methods to improve team spirit, would boost students＇ learning enthusiasm and sense of responsibility. This paper gives a brief introduction of TBL model and its implementation in the ENT teaching methods.
