摘 要:采用超临界CO2萃取姜黄油,在试验水平上,超临界萃取的压力(15MPa,20MPa,25MPa)、温度(40℃,45℃,50℃)、CO2流量(250L/h,350L/h,450L/h)及萃取时间(40min,80min,120min)取值越高,姜黄油收率越高,但差异不显著。试验选取的优方案为B3D3C3A3,验证其收率为8.46%,我们根据生产实际情况选取的方案B3D2C2A1,收率为8.19%;将姜黄油静置分层,分去其中水层,计算姜黄油层收率,优方案收率为7.61%,生产方案收率为7.60%,两种方案所得姜黄油收率基本一致,生产方案更合乎生产要求。Curcuma oil was extracted by Supercritical Fluid Extraction(SFE).The extracting conditions were:SFE pressure(15 MPa,20 MPa,25MPa),temperature(40℃,45℃,50℃),flow rate of SFE-CO2(250 L/h,350 L/h,450 L/h),and the extracting time(40 min,80 min,120 min).The yield was higher with higher value of the above parameters,but the difference was not significant.The best combination was B3D3C3A3,with the yield of 8.46%.We selected program based on the actual situation of production which is B3D2C2A1,with the yield of 8.19%;Curcuma oil was sat to stratified into water and oil layer.After removing the water layer,the yield of oil layer was 7.61%.The yield of the above two methods was almost the same.Therefore,two methods can be selected based on actual production requirements.
