摘  要:课程分析是学校课程选择和课程调整的基础。校长的课程分析有助于课程改革的有效实施。在高中新课程实验的过程中,校长的课程分析集中在三个方面:关注课程目标;强调对课程文化的领导;关注时间、空间、学生、教师等因素的安排。校长要提高课程分析的水平,需要加强课程理论素养,积累课程研究经验;注重教师的课程管理作用,分析学生的成长需求;统筹学校课程体系,关注学校文化特色。Curriculum analyzing is the core of curriculum selection and adjustment. The school principal's curriculum analyzing is helpful to the effective implementation of curriculum reform. In the process of the new curriculum experiment, the school principal's curriculum analyzing includes the following three aspects: paying attention to the curriculum aims, attaching importance to the guidance of curriculum culture, caring for the arrangement of the time, place, students and teachers. To promote the quality of curriculum analyzing, the school principal must reinforce the quality of the curriculum theory, accumulate the experience of curriculum research; focusing the role of teachers' curriculum management, investigating the requirement of the students; organizing the curriculum system of the schools and paying attention to the characteristics of school culture.
