摘　　要：目的 探讨独生子女护士的个性特征与应付方式的特点,为独生子女护士的培养提供依据.方法 采用应付方式问卷和16项人格因素问卷对103名护理人员进行测评分析.结果 独生子女护士与非独生子女护士的应付方式得分差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.独生子女护士与非独生子女护士的人格特征的相比,独生子女护士在自律性因素上得分较低,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.独生子女护士16PF中的许多因素与应对方式的合理化、自责、求助、幻想、退避等因子呈不同程度、性质各异的相关.结论 独生子女护士具有成熟的应对方式和稳定的个性特征.Objective To understand the coping style and personality of only child nurses provide basis for training only child nurses. Methods 103 nurses were investigated with Copying Style Inventory and 16 Personality Factor Questionnaire （16PF）. Results According to the value of coping style, there were no significant differences between the only child nurses and those who were not only child nurses （P〉0.05）.Score of self-discipline, 1 factor of 16PF, had significant difference between the only child nurses and those who were not only child nurses （P〈0.05）. There were different levels and properties of correlations between many factors of 16PF and the rationalization, self-accusation, help-seeking, fancying, withdrawal of the coping style.Conclusions The only child nurses have maturity coping style and steady personality.
