摘 要:针对综合传动装置中的湿式换档离合器,模拟了换档过程中对偶钢片和摩擦片的温度场和应力场瞬态变化特性。考虑了边界条件、摩擦接触、热机耦合和盘面油槽等因素,应用ABAQUS6.7建立了湿式换档离合器摩擦副的三维有限元模型。揭示了换档过程中摩擦副温度场及应力场分布规律。温度和应力在环状接触面中部数值较大,两侧处较小。对偶钢片上接触压力径向非均匀分布,对中心近似对称,最大幅值随滑动摩擦时间增大。摩擦片的温度和应力分布比对偶钢片均匀。The transient characteristics of the temperature field and the stress field on the contact surfaces during the shifting process of a wet shift clutch in the power shift transmission were simulated by a 3-D model of finite element method(FEM) built for the friction pair of the clutch using the nonlinear FEM software ABAQUS6.7.The effect of boundary conditions,frictional contact,thermo-mechanical coupling,and complex grooves in the friction disk were taken into account.Simulation results revealed the histories of the distribution of temperature and stress on the contact surfaces during the shifting process.The temperature and stress are higher in the inner areas of the annular contact surface,while lower in the outer areas.The contact pressure on the paired steel disk is uneven radially with a roughly symmetrical distribution about the center,and its maximum increases with the sliding time.The temperature field and stress field on the friction disk are more uniform than those on the steel disk.
