摘 要:目的比较PBL与LBL教学在手术室临床护理教学中应用。方法 124名本科护生随机分成2组,每组62人,分别采用PBL和LBL两种模式带教,实施理论和实践出科考试,进行问卷调查和教学效果比较。结果 2组学生的出科理论考试合格人数无明显差异,PBL教学学生出科实践考试合格人数高于LBL教学,存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。学生对PBL教学法满意人数高于LBL教学法,存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 PBL提高了学生学习的积极性和自学能力,提升了学生的实践工作能力,培养了学生的团队精神。Objective to compare PBL and LBL teaching in application of clinical nursing teaching in operation room. Methods there are 124 undergraduate nursing students divide into two groups randomly, each group is 62 people, adopting respectively PBL and LBL two teaching mode. It carries out theory and practice after-department exam, having questionnaire and teaching effect comparison. Results there are no huge differences in qualified number of theory exam between these two groups, but the practice exam qualified number of PBL group are higher than LBL group' s, which exists statistical difference (P 〈 0.05). The number of students who satisfied with PBL teaching are higher than LBL teaching, which exist statistical difference (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusions PBL teaching improves student study enthusiasm and self-study ability and practice ability, as well as their team-work spirit.
