摘　　要：CDIO工程教育模式是近年来国际工程教育改革的最新成果,工程项目则是这一教育模式中不可或缺的重要组成部分,项目的实施是培养和锻炼学生工程能力与团队合作精神的重要手段。项目如何实施与管理?项目管理模式的出现使问题迎刃而解,值得推广使用。CDIO engineering education approach has improved greatly in recent years. Project is the critical part in this approach. The application of the project will promote the engineering ability and team spirit of the students. However, how to manage the project troubles many institutes who are applying the CDIO approach in engineering education. Project Management Model is the key to the trouble. It should be widely spread in CDIO institutes.
