摘　　要：随着全球经济的快速增长,物流业在21世纪得到了迅速的发展。与发达国家物流而言,中国物流业的发展则稍显滞后,这其中的一个主要原因就是物流人才的严重缺乏。物流企业的发展壮大离不开人才的培养,尤其是物流人才的培养。With the rapid growth of the global economy,the logistics industry has a rapid development in the 21st century.With the logistics in developed countries,China＇s logistics industry is lagging behind.One of the major causes is the serious shortage of logistics personnel.The development and expansion of logistics enterprises can not be separated from the training,especially the logistics personnel training.
