摘　　要：课程作为构成人才培养方案和教学计划的核心与基本单元,是形成专业培养规格的基本构件,是实现教学目标的基本保证。加强课程建设是深化教学改革和提高教学质量的根本措施。在论述课程建设的前提、基本原则和课程建设与学科、专业建设的关系的基础上,指出深化教学改革是课程建设的重要内容,并对此进行具体分析,以期进一步加强课程建设,提高教育教学质量。The course is the core and fundamental element composing the cultivation scheme and the teaching programme, is to form the basic component of discipline cultivation standard, the basic guarantee to realize teaching objective. Reinforcing the course construction is the basic measure to deepen teaching innovation and enha.nce the quality of education. This paper discussed the course construction with its prerequisite, basic principles and the relationship between discipline and specialty and points out that deepening teaching reform is important for course construction by specific analysis in order to filrther improve course construction and teaching
