摘 要:采用Pd/C为催化剂,对大豆油氢化并进行单因素与正交实验,以矿物基础油的粘度为基准,确定了大豆油用作润滑油基础油的最佳工艺条件,即温度70℃,压力2MPa,时间25min,催化剂添加量0.07%。结果表明,此条件下氢化大豆油的碘值为101.8g·100g-1,粘度为26mpa·s,大豆油的氧化稳定性和粘度有所提高,符合绿色润滑油基础油的工况要求,为替代生物降解性能较差的矿物基润滑油提供了理论依据。The soybean oil hydrogenation experiment is carried on by the single factor and the orthogonal experiment with Pd/C used as the catalyst,and then the best technological conditions was defined by taking viscosity of the mineral base oil as the datum:temperature 70 ℃,pressure 2 MPa,time 25 min,catalyst recruitment 0.07%. From the above,a conclusion can be obtained:the iodine value of hydrogenation soybean oil is 101.8 g·100 g-1,the viscosity is 26 ma·s,and stability and viscosity of soybean are raising,so the result conforms to the essential requirements of base oil of green lubricating oil. It provides the theoretical basis of alternativing of mineral base oil which has poor property of biodegradability.
