摘　　要：随着高校不断增设日语专业,加上社会培训机构日语学习者的增多,日语人才出现饱和倾向,高校日语专业应届毕业生的就业空间受到一定压缩。本论文通过"问卷星"网络软件以Z大学日语专业刚毕业的10届毕业生为调查对象,对其就业心理状态进行研究发现,面临激烈竞争的高校日语专业毕业生却没有做好充分的就业准备,希望高校就此应该作针对性的指导和合理有效的引导。As more universities start Japanese programs and private training institutes see more Japanese language learners,Japanese Major students are facing more pressure to obtain employment after graduate from university.This essay are based on a research among Japanese Major students that graduated from Z university in 2010 on their psychological preparation for obtaining employment through ＂问卷星＂ software.The result is that they are not ready for the fierce competition in employment market.The essay also calls for universities to enhance their guidance on employment to their students.
