摘　　要：笔者运用隐喻进行英语词汇教学,实例研究表明:隐喻在一定程度上能帮助学生理解、记忆词汇,提高学习效率,因而值得推广。The author applies metaphors into English vocabulary teaching,the case study of which shows that metaphor helps the students to understand and memorize vocabulary and improve their learning efficiency.Therefore,this way of teaching is worth of promoting.
