摘　　要：冯友兰先生的天地境界说在很大程度上汲取了禅宗人生哲学的精华,可是由于两种学说在根源和归旨等方面存在差异,由此导致其诸多区别。The theory of ＂Realms of Heaven and Earth＂ as proposed by Mr.Feng Youlan carried on,to a large extent,the essence of the Zenist philosophical outlook on life.However,due to the fact that the origins and value orientations of the two schools of thought vary from one another,there are a good many differences between them in various respects.
