衔接性组织对我国高校横向科研管理的启示

摘　　要：当前我国高校横向科研管理普遍采用以课题制为主线,并提供其他相应服务的管理模式。这种管理模式具有其科学性,但是也存在着管理职能不尽完善之处。而对于现行横向科研管理职能的缺失,我们可以借鉴衔接性组织的相关内容来进行拓展和补充,将横向科技合作大致分为前期、中期、后期三个阶段,在每一阶段中都可以借鉴衔接性组织的部分功能。The course of Conspectus of Chinese Modern History is the important component of ideological and political theory course teaching in institutions of higher education.Deepening course examination reformation is the trend of modern higher education development,also is the important theoretical and actual issue.By putting forward some suggestions from the aspects of course examination reformation purpose,basic principles,specific practice,effect of Conspectus of Chinese Modern History,hopes to bring some useful attempts for future ideological and political theory course teaching and examination reformation.
