生物科学专业本科生研究创新型实验项目的设计与实践——以植物石蜡切片及木质素的组织化学显示实验为例

摘　　要：以植物石蜡切片及木质素的组织化学显示实验为例,对生物科学本科生研究创新型实验的选题设计、实施过程和效果进行了介绍。项目实施培养了学生科研兴趣与素养、创新实践和动手操作能力以及团队精神,是我校生物科学省级特色专业实验教学改革的有益尝试。Taking the experiment of ＂Plant paraffin sectioning and histochemical display of lignin＂ as an example, we introduced the topic selecting and teaching processes and effects of the innovative and investigative experiment for undergraduates of life science major in this paper. As a useful attempt of experimental teaching reform of the special major life sciences in Hunan province, the implementation of the experiment trained scientific research interesting and intellectuals, practising ability and team spirits.
