摘　　要：设Ｘ 为Ｂａｎａｃｈ 空间，Ｂ（Ｘ）为Ｘ 上有界线性算子全体组成的代数，本文给出了Ｂ（Ｘ）上保ｋ 次幂弱连续线性满射的完全刻划．Let X be a complex Banach space, B(X) the Banach algebra of all bounded linear operators on X , and k≥2 an integer. A linear map Φ from B(X) into itself is said to be k th power preserving if Φ(A) k = Φ(A k) for each operator A . It is proved that a weakly continuous surjective k th power preserving linear map Φ: B(X)→ B(X) is either an automorphism or an antiatutomorphism multiplied by a complex number λ satisfying λ k-1 =1 .
