一起农村“流动宴席”引起食物中毒的调查分析

摘　　要：目的对一起由农村"流动宴席"引起的食物中毒进行流行病学调查,并进行病原学检测分析,以预防此类食物中毒的发生。方法根据食物中毒诊断处理原则,对患者进行流行病学调查,对可疑食物和呕吐物进行病原学分离培养实验。结果本次食物中毒患者临床表现以上腹部疼痛水样便为主,中毒食物为凉拌耳丝,病原学检查为普通变形杆菌,其菌落近似数大于1.0×106cfu/g。结论本次食物中毒系食用被普通变形杆菌污染的食物引起的,提示应加强对农村"流动宴席"的食品卫生管理工作。Objective To developed epidemiological survey and etiological detective analysis on a food poisoning case cause by the rural floating banquets.Method Epidemiological investigation was carried on to the patients according to diagnosis and principle of treatment on food poisoning,dubious diet and vomit were developed pathogeny isolated and cultured.Results The main clinical manifestations were abdominal pain and watery stool,the food was Liangbanersi,Bacillus proteus vulgarisin was the pathogen,the number of colony were more than 1.0×10^6cfu/g.Conclusions The food poisoning case caused by bacillus proteus vulgarisin and the results revealed that we should strengthen the food hygiene management in rural floating banquets.
