浅谈独立学院的发展与师德建设的关系

摘　　要：本文针对独立学院当前存在的师德建设问题给学校带来的不良影响这一情况，分析了师德问题产生的原因，提出了提高师德建设的方法与途径，并阐述了师德建设与学校发展二者关系。教师爱岗敬业，热爱学生，安教乐教是学校健康稳步发展的基础和源采；教师以身作则，为人师表，勇于创新是学校长久发展的基石和动力。This paper analyzes the reasons about the problems of teachers＇ professional ethics aimed at the harmful effect on the construction about teachers＇ professional ethics to the development of independent college. The ways of improving the construction about teachers＇ professional ethics are put forward and the relations of school＇s development and teachers＇ professional ethics construction are explained. The basis and source of the good development to school is the teachers＇ best work. The powers of the forever development to school are the teachers＇exemplary virtue and innovate education.
