摘  要:目的探讨以学生为主体的小讲课教学方法在外科护理学教学中的应用及效果。方法以护理专业2006级、2007级本科班学生为对象,教师根据教学大纲要求,选择小讲课内容,开展以学生为主体的小讲课。结果赞成开展小讲课的学生占90.77%,认为改善了师生间的合作关系占93.85%,学生的学习成绩明显高于传统教学法(P〈0.05)。结论小讲课有利于学生的综合能力培养,激发学生的求知欲,改变教师传统的教学观念。Objective To explore the effects of student-made lectures in the teaching of Surgical Nursing. Methods Totally 65 undergraduate nursing students who enrolled in 2006 and 2007 in Jiujiang University performed student-made lectures,and the contents of the lectures were selected by the teachers according to the syllabus requirements. A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate about the students’ views on student-made lectures. Results The survey indicated that 59(90.77%) students agreed to perform student-made lectures,61(93.85%)students thought that student-made lectures improved teacher-student cooperation. Student-made lectures obviously improved the students’ academic records than the traditional teaching method(P0.05). Conclusions Student-made lectures can cultivate the students’ comprehensive abilities,stimulate the students’ learning desire,and change the teachers’ traditional teaching ideas.
