摘 要:在65℃的温度下,用介质氯化钠和河沙2种干燥剂对勿忘我进行包埋干燥,以及在自然环境下进行自然干燥,分别测定3个处理中花朵失水率、重量变化、感观分值等指标。结果表明,河沙作干燥剂失水较快,要干燥7 h;氯化钠作干燥剂失水稍慢,要干燥9 h,保色效果较好;自然干燥最慢,要干燥144 h。自然干燥后的花材在颜色和形态上与鲜花接近,具有较好的观赏效果。不同处理方法各有优缺点,可在生产实践中灵活选择应用。Limonium sinuatum was embedded dried by NaCl and sand under 65 ℃ and dried under natural conditions respectively,and the water loss rate,weight change and sensory scores of the flowers in the three treatments were determined.Results indicated that,with the sand as the drying agent,the water lost rapidly and the whole drying process needed 7 h;while the drying rate of NaCl was much slower,it needed 9h,and the color retention effect was good;natural drying was the slowest,which called for 144 h.the flowers dried under natural conditions were much close to fresh flowers in their color and shape with good ornamental effect.All the three drying methods had their own advantages and disadvantages,which could be flexibly used in the practical production.
